12:00
p .m. - 1:00 p.m.
From Ordinary to Extraordinary Billings will seek to encourage their dear brothers and sisters in Christ to press on in their homeschooling endeavors, through their many trials. Hear how ordinary parents, with a passion for God and His providential history, can fuel a desire in children to live lives to the glory of God and His kingdom. See how God works through the faithfulness of imperfect parents as they endeavor to raise children who might stand on their shoulders, as well as the shoulders of past giants of the faith. The importance of being a good communicator and of sons walking alongside their fathers will be explored. This is a workshop designed to impart a practical nuts and bolts approach to raising children equipped for kingdom service by developing a passion for Gods Word and His history, a heart for the lost, and an ability to communicate Gods message to the next generation. |

| 2:00
p .m. - 3:00 p.m. A Time of Weeping Come and hear what every Christian needs to know about mourning the loss of a loved one, mourning with those who mourn, and kingdom faithfulness through tragedy. Most Christians today are ill-equipped to suffer personal grief or to aid others in the grieving process. Dr. Michael and Mary Billings bring to this workshop an experiential view of the grieving process. The Billings will share what the Word of God says about grieving and discuss some practical dos and donts of ministering to others, as well as inspiring stories of how God has worked through the loss of their only son to evangelize the lost, bringing glory to His kingdom. |
