An Ignorant People Can’t Stay Free for Long
The schools of America have failed for over 75 years to teach generations of succeeding Americans what makes the United States different from any other nation in history. What sets us apart from every other nation is the truth in the Declaration of Independence that we get our rights not from a king, or a government, but from God. The second paragraph of the Declaration says further that a government was to be formed to make those God-given rights secure. Our Constitution was written to make those God-given rights secure, as well. Because Americans have been made ignorant, even those who oppose abortion, sodomy, banning of the Ten Commandments, etc. don’t really ask how the Supreme Court can find these things in the Constitution.

Changing Purpose of Law from Protecting the Good of the Individual to the Good of Society
Discover how the 19th century philosophies of Hegel and Darwin have been used to replace the Bible-based legal system on which America grew great. The basis and goal of the common law that developed starting in the 1500s in England was the protection of the life, family and property of the individual. Disciples of Hegel and Darwin applied their philosophies to “evolve” legal philosophy, our courts and culture over a period of about 100 years starting in the 1870s. Through their work, the age-old common law has been replaced by “code” law. The laws of nature and nature’s God were the basis and final authority for the common law. The legislature and judges are the final authority for code law, the basis or goal of which is not the good of the individual but rather the supposed good of society.
